We have significant expertise self performing selective demolition, excavation, concrete foundations, rough carpentry, millwork, and siding for single family/multi-family projects. By self performing selective scopes of work, we are able to provide value to our clients and maintain cost control, independent of the market fluctuations from subcontractor capacity. Our well-rounded carpenters deliver a high quality finished product and are constantly pursuing new and innovative installation methods with cutting-edge material technologies.

DD&C’s first residential development is in the final planning phases and slated to break ground in 2023. The project consists of 22 Cottage Homes, all facing landscaped common areas, plus a nature trail with expansive views of the Washougal River. All cottages are approximately 1,000 SF or less.
